In 1992, I began working as a freelance executive assistant for various companies and in different industrial branches.

 

Over time, as my experience grew, my scope of work expanded to include structural and process optimization in the areas of administration, secretarial services, office operations and business operations.

 

Very soon my mentors entrusted me with new areas of responsibility and I carried out the necessary analyses, restructuring, and optimizations.

 

In 2010 I expanded my services from the economic to the medical sector. I actively managed private clinics in a leadership role, analyzed them, developed and implemented restructuring and realignment projects.

 

My extensive knowledge and the experience I’ve gained over many years across various industries make me incredibly adaptable to different clients. Through my work in consulting, I have developed a solid understanding of legal and tax matters, again across various industries.

 

I am adaptable and can quickly grasp the structures of clients and their companies, defining them empathetically and neutrally, free from personal emotions. I am dedicated to service. It is always the client’s decision, I only advise. 

 

I am qualified and authorized to translate and certify complex contracts. As a certified interpreter and translator, I am authorized by the court to ensure that all documents and conversations I translate are legally valid. I certify and authenticate translations of negotiations, company documents, and proceedings for government agencies. Through side notes and annotations, I can highlight differences between countries. This enables the client’s tax advisors and attorneys in the relevant countries to work more effectively and legally adapt to the specific requirements of different legal systems.
